U SER AGREEMENT
  Sundance Communications, Inc.'s  Tech Talk forum and other user contributed/comment areas ("Forums or Chat") are provided as a service to our members.  By using or participating on this Forum, you agree to this User Agreement including but not limited to the Rules of Conduct and the Terms of Service stated below.  For purposes of this agreement, "User" refers to any individual posting on or otherwise using the forum, chat or directory.  The Sundance Communications web sites are represented by (SC) which refers to any or all of sundance-communications.com and telbroker.com, their owners, agents or any authorized representatives.  SC reserves the right to change the Rules of Conduct, Terms of Service and all other parts of this User Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice.

RULES OF CONDUCT
  User agrees not to post material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense.

User agrees not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner ('s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.

TERMS OF SERVICE
  User acknowledges and agrees that use of the SC Forum is a privilege, not a right, and that SC has the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke privileges at any time without notice or reason.  User agrees that this Agreement in its entirety applies to both public and private messages.  

The technicians on this board take great pride in their profession and offer the benefit of their many years of experience to help other members. As expected, they do however deserve to know who is asking them for certain types of information. Therefore users are allowed a single account/user name, and multiple accounts can and will result in all of them being banned. Additionally any falsification of the information contained in a Member's Profile can also be grounds for permanently banning the Member, not just the member name.

User agrees and acknowledges that any posts, nicknames or other material deemed offensive, harassing, baiting or otherwise inappropriate could result in removal of said material at the sole discretion of SC.

SC provides links to other World Wide Web resource sites.  SC does not control these sites or resources, does not endorse them and is not responsible for any aspect of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services.  You waive any claim resulting from your exposure to material on or through SC web sites that is offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. 

SC is not responsible for messages posted on the Forums or the content therein.  SC does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message or link.  Each message expresses the views of the originating User, not necessarily those of SC. 

SC is not responsible for the content posted by any SC members on any SC site or the content of any members web site that is web-linked from any of SC page(s).  The opinions and views expressed by SC members’ visitors do not necessarily represent those of SC and SC does not screen, verify, endorse or vouch for the content of such page(s).  Further, SC is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services sold or advertised through or on SC members' page(s).

SC has the right to remove messages and repeat infringers and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time after being advised of possible infringement by the copyright owner or its agent.  If we determine that an infringement has occurred, we will immediately undertake steps for removal of the offensive material; this is a manual process, but will be accomplished as soon as practicable.  Removal of messages is at the sole discretion of SC. 

By submitting your data to SC, you represent that the data complies with SC’s Terms of Service.  If any third-party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against SC based on your conduct or use of  SC services, you agree to compensate SC (including its officers, directors, employees and agents) for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by SC in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.
