Can I order on Line ? Ans. Yes, orders can be processed on line through our web site. We are a secure site with Versign. Click on the Versign icon below for verification so all your transactions are encrypted for your safety.
What form of payment does Sundance Communications accept ? Ans. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards or we can Ship C.O.D. certified funds (money order or cashiers check) and you can always pre pay.
How will my order be shipped ? Ans.
Sundance offers shipping through UPS and USPS. Orders are generally shipped out within one business day after the order is placed. Delivery time is based on the shipments destination (Sundance/Usedphones.com is a California-based company). Usedphones.com offers FREE Ground Shipping & Handling on all online web orders through UPS (Bargain Bin orders are not shipped for free since the prices are already at rock bottom). If faster delivery time is desired, a shipping fee will be incurred. For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping during Checkout and any additional costs will be applied to the shopping cart.
Sundance does not guarantee that your order will be shipped the same day it is ordered. Sundance is not affiliated with UPS and USPS and cannot guarantee delivery from outside sources. Sundance does provide insurance on items shipped and will assist customer in filing a claim on any damaged equipment. In our many years of experience UPS and USPS are extremely successful in delivering our products promptly and securely. We pride ourselves on having your product being delivered in a new box, securely packed, and appearing brand new. We shrink wrap all phones.
What kind of warranty does Sundance Communications have ? Ans.
Warranty:
All equipment, unless otherwise stated comes with a 1 (one) year standard warranty. Returns, Replacements & Warranties must be authorized via phone or an email with a customer service specialist. Please call a customer service specialist at 800.766.3425 or cs@usedphones.com. Equipment sent back must accompanied with an RMA number. When equipment is non-functioning a technician will assist the customer over the phone to determine if the problem can be rectified without sending the equipment in for a warranty repair. It has been our experience that many times the solution is simple and can be resolved in a few minutes over the phone.Sundance offers Advance Replacements within the first 30 days after the purchase date. An Advance Replacement is when the customer will be sent out a piece of equipment at no charge prior to returning the original purchase. This process assists the customer with a faster solution then having to wait on receiving back equipment sent in for warranty repair. An Advance Replacement form must be filled out by the customer prior to the equipment being shipped. The form requires a credit card number and authorization to charge that same credit card in case the equipment is not returned. Sundance provides ample time for the equipment to be returned. Replacement items/parts will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. Sundance cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock for an Advance Replacement or that the shipping company will deliver the product on time.
Return Policy:
Sundance will only accept returns, less all shipping charges, within the first 30 days after purchase date. The equipment must be in the exact condition as when shipped. A 25% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns. Sundance is not responsible for any return or original shipping fees
Does Sundance Communications buy used telephone equipment ? Ans. Yes we do. If you have a system to sell please email us at sales@telbroker.com with the Brand Name, what kind of phones (part #'s) with how many and the color would be helpful. We can give you a quote or send it to other buyers.

What is refurbished equipment ? Ans. We take our telephone equipment clean it , test it and then put new cords and labels.
