• Can I order on Line ? Ans. Yes, orders can be processed on line through our web site. We are a  secure site with Versign. Click on the Versign icon below for verification so all your transactions are encrypted for your safety.

• What form of payment does Sundance Communications accept ? Ans. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards or we can Ship C.O.D. certified funds (money order or cashiers check) and you can always pre pay.

• How will my order be shipped ? Ans. We ship through UPS. Most orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM. mountain time. You have the option of  Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select or Standard Ground ( 2 - 5 days depending where you're located). All shipping charges are added to your order. We can ship your order on your UPS account if preferred if you email us your account #. Free Ground shipping in the continental U.S. on all orders $ 300.00 or more excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

• What kind of warranty does Sundance Communications have ? Ans. There is a 6 month warranty on all refurbished equipment and a 1 year warranty on new equipment. We advance replacement or repair.

• Does Sundance Communications buy used telephone equipment ? Ans. Yes we do. If you have a system to sell please email us at sales@telbroker.com   with the Brand Name, what kind of phones (part #'s) with how many and the color would be helpful. We can give you a quote or send it to other buyers.

• Why Buy from Sundance Communications ? Ans. We carry high quality Telephone equipment with a stand behind warranty and advance replacement. We also offer a data base so you can find an installer in your area under Find an Installer hopefully there is an installer listed in your area.

• What are Sundance Communications operating hours ?   Ans. Eastern Time 10:00 to 7:30 Central 9:00 to 6:30, Mountain 8:00 to 5:30 and for you Pacific folks its 7:00 to 4:30.

• What is refurbished equipment ? Ans. We take our telephone equipment clean it , test it and then put new cords and labels.
